Let's talk rabbits! I am an owner of 16 rabbits and I have lots of advice to share!
Rabbits make great pets! They are docile, lovable creatures and a perfect pet for novice owners!
Before choosing your bunny:
Consider whether or not you have space. Rabbits should be given about 1 square foot per pound of rabbit. And you must keep the rabbit in space free of dust. Rabbits are prey animals, so also keep it in a space free of predators.
Also, consider whether or not your family is ready for the responsibility of having a rabbit. It does involve cleaning of the cage around every one to two weeks, regular feeding and watering and handing.
The other supplies you need are:
~Water Bottle
~Feeding Dish
~Shavings and bedding
~Cage
~Toys( as long as they can be chewed on)
~Food( come in pellets which are sold at most pet stores or feed stores)
~ And love and care!
These furry pets are great companions that make great pets! I hope this article helps you if you are interested in getting a bunny!
